We are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID -19. We already follow strict public health guidelines but are taking extra precautions. Our Arizona’s team are staying in contact with local health officials for the latest advisories, as well as following guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We appreciate your understanding that as our guest, your Arizona’s experience may look a little different as we navigate this together.
Given the heightened awareness and quickly changing nature of COVID-19, here’s what we are doing:
We have heightened our strict hand washing and sanitization procedures including: mandatory sanitation upon entering our restaurants, multiple times during the day, and before and after eating and before returning from breaks. Proper procedures are posted in all back of house work areas.
Our employees are not allowed to work if they have a respiratory illness that can be transmitted to others. They are also encouraged to stay home if feeling ill and inform their managers of any flu-like symptoms immediately. We are also extending flexibility with cancellation fees and rebooking for our private dining room.
As always, the health and safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. We will get through this together – The Arizona’s Family
